TERMS & CONDITIONS Toptobbaco.co.uk does not sell or deliver outside of Europe. Tobacco products purchased from toptobacco.co.uk are for personal use only and NOT FOR RESALE. You must be eighteen (18) years of age and have a credit or debit card to purchase tobacco products. Toptobacco.co.uk will not sell cigarettes to minors. All purchasers of tobacco and cigarettes from toptobacco.co.uk will be required to certify that they are of the age of majority. Toptobacco.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor. There is no maximum delivary amount but only 4 cartons of cigarettes will be sent at any one time. All orders more than 4 cartons will be appropriatly shipped in seperate batches. In the case of loss and / or damage of your order toptobacco.co.uk will not authorise any refund or reshipment until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions on confirmation of the order the client is accepting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as stated above.
